Elan Warren was born in South Florida and is currently studying Painting at the Kansas City Art Institute. Elan's work exists on a wall and also in three-dimensional space. His work focuses on the skin, interiority, and the sense of touch through painting, relating to the body and how we exist in the world. Elan has shown work in Kansas City, Massachusetts, and Florida. Elan explores the body and the space the body inhabits, questioning social positions and what constitutes a vessel.
